ARE SUBMISSIONS PAID?
Yes. Writers will be paid $30 New Zealand for each piece of work - cover art, poetry or poems - via PayPal. Please ensure you have a valid PayPal account when submitting work, though it's not necessary to include in your submission letter - we can arrange that if your work is accepted.

Note that all prices we quote are in New Zealand dollars, so we can't say exactly what that converts to in your currency.
WHAT RIGHTS DO AUTHORS MAINTAIN OVER WORK?
If a piece is purchased, this grants Ravens In The Attic publication rights for six months. After the six months rights revert back to the author, and copyright remains with the author.
Additionally, Ravens may use material in further work such as multimedia files or to create merchandise.
Publication elsewhere is no issue as long as Ravens In The Attic is credited as the first publisher.
